Located in Viana, the Group facilitated the school\u2019s recovery by building computer labs and contributing to the renovation and acquisition of the majority of school equipment.<\/p>\n<p>The Group also develops projects to create competencies and strengthen local institutions\u2019 resources with such new and different competencies. Competency building is one of the most effective ways of supporting our communities, as it ensures that the work performed adds value and maximizes impact.<\/p>\n<p>As such, Grupo Vernon actively prepares students for citizenship and for the employment market and  promotes social inclusion through the reduction of school drop-outs and failure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half last\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/grupovernon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/social-responsibility.jpg\" alt=\"Educa\u00e7\u00e3o\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one resp\"><div class=\"one-half\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/grupovernon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/culture.jpg\" alt=\"Cultura\" \/><\/div><div class=\"one-half last\">\n<h2>Culture<\/h2>\n<p>Grupo Vernon is involved in the community through a large variety of projects.
