Fernando Osvaldo dos Santos, born in 1971, has a BA in Economics, a Diploma in Development Economics, a Post-Graduate and a Master’s degree in Development Economics by the University of Manchester, UK. From 2003 to 2004 attended a course from the Petroleum Development Institute in Austin, USA, where he obtained an International Certificate for International Petroleum Management. Mr. Santos has certifications in Account Management as well as Logistics and Stock Management from Luanda. Mr. Santos also attended the course “Understanding and solving complex business problems” at MIT.
Fernando dos Santos has 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Angola.
He has participated in the founding of Baker Petrolite Angola, a chemical production company for the Oil & Gas industry.
In October 2000 Mr. Santos participated actively in the constitution of Vernon in which he presides over the board of directors.
