Terms and Conditions for Use of the Group Vernon Gateway

Group Vernon invites you to visit its Gateway and hereby informs you of the Terms and Conditions that regulate its use. The company considers that on using it you will be agreeing with these Terms and Conditions.

The contents of this Gateway are meant to offer to users of the Internet an institutional and informative panel that liaises with Group Vernon.

Under no hypothesis will Group Vernon be responsible for the use of its Gateway or the access to links indicated therein, as well as acts practiced by users based on information obtained from the Gateway and links. Group Vernon is neither responsible for the contents nor the privacy policies and practices of the sites that indicate our Gateway and those indicated by us. Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility – contamination by virus and the like:

Group Vernon does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or any other elements in the contents that might produce alterations to its information technology system (software and hardware) or in the electronic documents and files stored in its information technology system.

GROUP VERNON IS EXEMPT FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE THAT CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PRESENCE OF VIRUSES OR ANY OTHER ELEMENTS IN THE CONTENTS THAT MIGHT PRODUCE ALTERATIONS TO THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS OR REGISTRATION OF USERS.

Copyright and intellectual property

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use are ruled by the legislation of the Angolan Republic. Users of the Group Vernon Gateway are liable to the Central Forum of the Region of the Capital Luanda, to the exclusion of any other, no matter how qualified it may be.
